Copyright & Takedowns

Last updated: August 24, 2026

ClipRadar hosts material supplied by its members — profile pictures, display names and profile text — and republishes short factual descriptions of campaigns listed on third-party platforms. If something here infringes your copyright, this page is how to get it removed.

1. What we host

Two different things, with two different answers, so it is worth separating them before you write to us:

  • Member-supplied content — avatars, usernames and profile text uploaded by people with ClipRadar accounts. We do not review these before they appear.
  • Campaign listings — factual details (rate, budget, requirements, deadline) about campaigns published on third-party platforms, together with short descriptive extracts. We are not the author of the underlying campaign and we are not a party to it.

2. Reporting an infringement

Email support@clipradar.co with the subject line Copyright notice. To let us act quickly, and to meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  • The URL of the material on ClipRadar you want removed, specific enough for us to find it without guessing.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within 3 business days and to act on it promptly. A notice missing the elements above may be slower, because we will have to come back to you for them.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email the same address with the subject line Counter-notice, including the material and its former location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a court where you are located.

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed proceedings, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe. We also reserve the right to remove material and suspend an account at any time where we believe on reasonable grounds that it infringes, without waiting for a notice.

5. Disputing what we publish about you

This section is not about copyright, and it is here because it is the request we are most likely to receive.

ClipRadar publishes payout-reliability signals about campaigns and the platforms hosting them, derived from reports submitted by members who say they clipped for those campaigns. If you host a campaign and believe a score, a report, or a listing about you is inaccurate, do not send a copyright notice — use the dispute route instead. It is faster and it reaches someone who can look at the underlying reports.

Email support@clipradar.co with the subject line Score dispute, naming the campaign or platform and what you say is wrong. We will tell you what the score is built from, correct anything we find to be inaccurate, and where a dispute is unresolved we will mark the score as disputed so readers see that it is contested. We do not remove accurate reports, and we do not publish the identity of the members who filed them.

6. Misuse

A takedown notice is a legal statement. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please do not use this route to remove an unfavourable but accurate reliability score — section 5 is the route for that, and it is the one that will actually get you an answer.

7. Who to contact

All notices under this policy go to support@clipradar.co, addressed to the copyright agent for ClipRadar.
